Thirty-nine members attended our December meeting and holiday party.

Rob made a few quick remarks during some food and holiday cheer.

We had a good and safe year, he said. We always must remember to help newcomers to the hobby and work to encourage more beginners.

One way to bring some additional excitement to the field is with funfly and competition events. All members are encouraged to get involved to make these fun tournaments a reality.

When purchasing food and drink at Rutts, please remember that we work on the honor system. One bill is given for our entire group. So please don’t forget to pay your share plus tip before departing.

All 2009 officers were unanimously re-elected. There were no challengers.

Although the weather has been pretty rough, members could be seen flying with skiis instead of wheels these past few weeks.

New member, Terry Marche, was voted in.

If you haven’t already, don’t forget to renew your AMA and HVFRC memberships. New HVFRC membership cards are only sent out to members meeting both these requirements.
